Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. "We had a fabulous week staying in Pam's Plaice. It's a charming house, very clean, & really nicely decorated and appointed. We were given lots of info prior to the holiday & warmly welcomed. The mature garden is beautiful and the conservatory is a fab additional space in which to spend time. It has loads of really good quality kitchen equipment, serving dishes etc. You could tell that dogs were genuinely welcome but as it was so clean & fresh there was no hint of dogginess or animal wear &...
