"We really enjoyed our stay. We were booked for two nights but couldn't spend much time at the facility. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We got a room upgrade without asking, we really appreciated it. The room was apparently clean but there were traces of stains and filth of the past guests which the cleaners didn't pay attention to. On Day 2 we requested the room to be cleaned and the reception took care of it right away. Very beautiful property otherwise!"

"Beautiful setting and property with friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. The on site restaurant was convenient and the food was great. The bathroom hair dryer was broken and the door would not fully shut. And the alarm clock went off at 6am which was disappointing."

"The location was excellent, easy on and off the Trans-Canadian Highway, and I have no complaints. However, the room was chilly, hard pillows and not warm blankets, and while there was conditioner and lotion, there was no shampoo in the room. Breakfast in the hotel dining room was good, sunny with a good view of the ferry."

"We arrived in the middle of a fall rain and were welcomed by the front desk. The room was great but the hotel was connected by pedestrian to a restaurant that was even better. The next morning we enjoyed a great complimentary hot breakfast."
