Top Irish Architectural Archive Hotel Reviews
The Leinster
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was a perfect location, walking distance to all of the restaurants and downtown area of Dublin. The room was so vintage, I loved the vintage phone. The toilet was interesting, being a bidet. It did make a lot of noise, but it was interesting to have. The only downside to this hotel that I could think of was a very odd fishy smell when using the shower in the morning. I’m unsure if it was coming from the water or the drains itself, but that definitely needs to be looked at."

The Chancery Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Chancery is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed the quiet but convenient location and the excellent quality of the food in their restaurant [The Fawn] and their Bar. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. It is an ultramodern hotel that if anything is a bit gimmicky. Electronically controlled curtains are one thing, but having a motor driven sliding door as the entry to the bathroom took a bit getting used to. The positive side of that is it actually closed and locked better than almost any other sliding door I have used. The only failing was that in part we chose it for its location next to Dublin Palace, Unfortunately while we were in Dublin the Palace and the streets around it were blocked off for a once in a generation event during which the ceremonial seat of the EU Presidency was located there."
Marlin Hotel Stephens Green
10/10 Excellent
"Repeat trip to this hotel, always good quality"
