"Over all our stay was very pleasant. The hot tub ruined my bathing suit as well as a ring. And it’s very close to the pool where kids are playing pretty rough. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The good — Excellent location, free parking, spacious room, comfortable bed. The okay— aged property, but the staff kept it clean enough for guests. The included breakfast is insufficient. The not so good — our room had very poor sound insulation. We can hear conversation from the adjacent room. It’s fortunate we brought ear plugs which saved the day for us. Overall, it’s not a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"The staff was pretty rude when we first arrived. The way the buildings are set up is confusing. The room was dark, bathroom wasn't clean and the shower head was clogged and the water dripped. The indoor pool was cloudy, hot tub didn't have water. The continental breakfast is served in a small room off the lobby. The coffee in the lobby is more water than coffee. The microwave was small and old, the mini fridge was also old. The TV was also small. Two of the three elevators shake. The covered walkway top had a large hole in it. Staff must all be new as they didn't know where anything is. There's zero drink vending machines only one ice machine. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The staff did ensure that we had new towels daily."

"The property is really nice, clean and has great amenities. Great location and I recommend it for sure. Just some minor stuff that needs upgrading…the tv is satellite(not a smart tv) which is pretty awful for an upscale resort as such and the pillows are some of the worst ones Ive slept on. They’re quick to say no smoking but other guests smoked right on the property. The older lady with glasses at the check in desk was rude and seemed impatient. We hadnt checked out the pool yet and were curious about pool towels and she made a face and was rude when she told us theyre at the pool like we were supposed to know automatically. Overall, 4/5. "

"Staff was great. Breakfast was hot. Didn't go to the pool was still to cold. Elevator was out of order but we was only 1 floor up so not bad at all. Love that everything is just a short walk away. All and all it was a good stay. Will come back."
