"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "

"リバービューで、旧市街の中心にある素敵なホテルでした。部屋はとても綺麗で、朝食も豊富な品揃えでどれも美味しかったです。 4階のプールサイドに併設しているバーではクチンのビール1602のドラフトを飲めるのも良かったです！"

"This Aparthotel is quite good and staff are helpful. Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Food varieties of Breakfast is limited."

"A good property that has seen better times. The towels were few and a bit threadbare. The hanger clips broken and otherwise a bit tired. However, they happily checked out bags before and after check in/out. The location is good on the waterfront close to the sights. There were a few small flying insects, but i doubt that you can escape then as they are everywhere in the evening."

"Probably is the newest hotel in the area. Very new both inside and outside. The infinity pool is a huge plus. The morning breakfast has variety of food, both perfect for western culture and local culture."

"Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Was probably beautiful in the past but could definitely use maintenance and a deep cleaning."

"Good for its price. Everything seems fine."

"Magnificent Hotel. The best Holiday brand has to offer in my opinion. This location was excellent and wonderful staff."

"Fantastic historic property. Very clean, comfortable, and well located."

"I liked the location on Merdeka Square, with the riverside, Old Court House cafe and China Street close by, as well as the Borneo Cultures Museum. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk were always helpful."
