"This was our 4th year having a family reunion here with grown children and grandchildren. Plus one lab. We all enjoyed the water (especially the dog!) as well as the large yard. The screened porch and the house itself are comfortable and roomy places to gather to talk and eat together. We're already looking forward to next year's reunion!"

Crystal clear Lake Seymour, literally 500 steps from the lodge, offered hours of entertainment! There are a variety of rooms to choose from including a few apartment style units. Very cool property with so much to do nearby or across the road!"

"Very clean spot. Stayed while visiting my daughter who was dancing at Burklyn at Johnson State. Only one other house was occupied nearby, so it was very tranquil down a long driveway. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and nice dirt road walks. "

"This is such a special place. Our cabin is adorable with chairs on a little front porch and all the amenities inside one could want. The bed was super comfortable. We had a fire outside in the fire pit last night. The wood was provided and we enjoyed sitting by the river with a waterfall that flows past the place. This is my kind of glamping at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the cabin stay. This is our second year and it’s better than last as the pool is open this year and has a new liner. Everything is lovely. "

We sat around a fire and watched the sun set behind the hills, ate a delicious meal at the bistro and had a quiet morning in the common space writing postcards. Didn’t want to leave! Hope to visit again sometime. "
