"Not a 4 star at all.no entertainment any night very disappointed. Our door was left unlocked twice by the maid, air con stopped working, bathroom window wouldn’t shut so got bit by mosquitoes every night. We stayed at a mitsishotel the week before also 4 star great entertainment every night, food great , room great , staff great "

"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service...

"Everything was outstanding really. Not much to complain about. The food was excellent. It’s worth booking the restaurants ahead of time as they’re all so good. Just a note - it’s a pebble beach, not a sand beach so if that’s important, then worth bearing in mind"
