"We had a great time at the lodge! Many activities such as fishing, visiting an island of monkeys, and seeing a lot of wild animals. Given the fact that there is little or no electricity, we were able to disconnect ourselves for a few days in order to really relax. The rooms are very charming and the staff was great to answer questions and concerns. Our guide Manuel was great!! Very recomendable because he really knew his way along the jungle and never made us feel anything less than spectacular....

"I am a biologist and I loved the experience at this lodge. The rooms were comfortable with quality sheets and towels changed daily. The food is excellent and prepared from local jungle resources. The guide spoke good English and was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna of which we saw lots. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off there afterwards. "A peaceful property away from the loud-busy city. Walking into the lobby, feels welcoming and relaxing after traveling long distance. My daughters (9&12) loved the pool. I enjoyed the central tropic garden, the pool side seating and the simple, but varied breakfast menu. Also, hot water was always available! I need a few clothes laundered on arrival; they went out of their way to make it happen! Thank you for a great stay!!! I would definitely stay here again! "

" While the resort is exactly as it appears-we had a few issues- they charge for items in both US and Soles- very confusing. No wine at the resort?? "Great place to stay, staff very helpful. Iquitos is a VERY noisy city and so it is lovely to find a hotel that has rooms away from the main road, and therefore quiet! Bar and minibar prices very reasonable. I would definitely return, but ask for Room 106 which has a kitchenette!"
