"The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located near the plaza and La Casa De Fierro. Luisa at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating breakfasteas delicious include with my room. However, our stay was somewhat hindered by another staff member who failed to provide water at the front desk; I had to request it from my room, only to be told to purchase water at the bar for 9 soles. It is unreasonable to expect guests to pay for water, as if I order to my room it should be...
