"The facility was clean, and the staff was helpful. However, some of the furniture, shower curtain, are starting to show signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was really a continental breakfast, not a full breakfast, no cooked meat protein - only hard-boiled eggs, and lots and lots of carbs."

"The staff went above expectations to provide a personal touch for our stay. They were friendly, provided recommendations in the area for walking and dining and offered assistance in our room (a nightlight and ADA accommodations). The staff checked with us to see that we had what we needed, making the stay very pleasant. The room temperature was appropriate and could be adjusted by us. The indoor pool was nice to have, but on one occasion was too cold for our liking. If you plan to use the pool, I suggest letting the manager know the day ahead of time to be sure the temperature is set to your comfort level. We may stay here again if we return to the area to visit."

"We only had time for a 2 day visit to Iowa's great lakes. Mit Chaudri and the staff were phenomenal! In spite of a prebooked wedding party and associatesld events, one room was reserved for us. We loved the room, and delicious full breakfast. We were relaxed and grateful! We will be back next spring!"

"It is a good location and decent size home in a very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that the house felt very well loved at the end of the season. Several missing light bulbs, a shower drain that filled up quickly, a broken door, missing knobs and bent up vents. I would have loved if the light switches were labeled as they were somewhat confusing. Don't let any of these things keep you from booking just a few things for the owner to keep in mind for end of season in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
