"There was a youth basketball tournament in town. They were unattended, rowdy, pooped in the pool, running around like wild animals, so I didn't get any sleep. The front desk lady could only apologize to the numerous guests complaints about the noise. Had it not been for all that nonsense, it may have been a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the entire stay was a disaster. "

"Interior condition is a bit dated and needed some refresh. Room was clean and bed was comfortable."

"From the outside, it looks run down. Inside, it’s clean and relatively updated. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, but didn’t have bacon or sausage. There were waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. The pool was great and we were surprised by a basketball court. Lots of food and shopping to walk to. Overall, loved our stay. "

"Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)"

"The property was nice and modern looking, and decorated nicely. The location by the lake was awesome and it is also close to Grand Rapids itself so you are nevee too far from fun activities! The hot tub for this rental was down, but we were allowed to use the hot tub by the other unit which was very nice, however it was not very private. Also be aware that the listing says "private hot tub", but it is actually shared with nearby units and not exclusive to your party. When trying to clear this up with the owner i didnt receive great communication from them as they took weeks to reply. Was quite frustrated with the inaccurate listing since we mainly booked this place for the hot tub, we just got lucky that there were not other people in the nearby units that we had to share hot tub time with. Overall rental was moderately clean but did notice some crumbs on the couches and dining room table."
