"Long wait to be seated and order breakfast. Room was darker than expected. Another light fixture would have been more comfortable. The coffee in the room tasted horrible. The coffee maker worked and the coffee was hot. No extra roll of toilet paper. We were staying Thursday through Sunday. I had to go to front desk to get one and wait more than 15 minutes. Would not have minded but the lady at the front desk stopped helping me to help another guest before finishing with me. It made me feel unwelcome and less valued than the guests behind me. I get that there is not any room service unless requested, but she could have finished serving me before dealing with the next customer. The grounds are beautiful. It is a function destination."

"The landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained. I enjoyed walking the culinary gardens, flower gardens, and fining surpring and beautiful plants through the premises. Olive trees trained as topiary; pomegranates grown as hedges; persimmon trees loaded with fruit. All wonderful to see and enjoy."
