"The guy is really nice and accomodating and the area was decent to walk, but for the love of god, don't stay here... Hair every where, bathroom, pillows, bed sheets, you name it. Second, we reserved a room with 2 beds (1 bed and one futon). We got one bed and thin pad for the floor with almost no room to put it. I should've trusted (and or read them) the other reviews before booking because for the money this place sucked. Pay extra and stay at a real hotel. The photos of random glass building...

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was super clean and very comfortable, we love the Japanese style accommodation because it really give you the experience of Japan culture. You could walk around in the neighborhood and drop in into any small restaurants to have a taste or local food. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance because it is so close to the very popular Senso-Ji temple. The manner (owner?) was extremely friendly and very pleasant to talk...

"I was a wonderful place to stay in an area that does not have a lot of hotels. Perfectly clean and quiet. I was able to walk to the hotel from the nearby Togane train station with my suitcase. I would definitely recommend for those passing through Togane, Chiba!"

The only downside is that the property doesn’t have an elevator and it was a bit difficult to carry our luggage by climbing the stairs to the third floor. "

"I had never stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel (I would call this a bed and breakfast) before, so this was really a nice experience. The building is in immaculate condition and it's very clean. It does have common bathrooms, so that was a bit of a surprise. The couple who runs the Fukurou Tei are nice and very helpful. The wife was also fluent in English, which helped me quite a bit.
