Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"

The oven stopped working on Thursday and owner called but wasn’t fixed for us to use for rest of stay a token of thirty pounds was given for a meal. "This property has wonderful bones, the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. It is a wonderful location for exploring the nearby glens, the Black Isle and beyond. But the hosts/owners did not prepare us or the facilities for our visit... we had to reach out to learn how to get directions which were Snap-chatted to us, and to locate the key.
