All bedrooms are conveniently located on the lower level. The master suite, or parents retreat, offers a Queen bed, ceiling fan and a private ensuite. An adjoining lounge can be part of the master suite or enjoyed by the whole family, complete with a TV and DVD player. Two additional spacious bedrooms feature comfortable double beds. The remaining two bedrooms each have two sets of bunks and ceiling fans, perfect for children. A dedicated kids retreat provides hours of entertainment with couches, beanbags, a TV and an Xbox.
Also on the lower level, you’ll find the main bathroom with a shower, separate bath, a separate toilet for added convenience and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a grassy area, perfect for your pets to play and stay safely. Please note: Parking for this property is accessed via Cuttriss Street.
