This fresh, bright and beautifully appointed townhouse couldn’t be more perfectly located. Leave the car in the garage and stroll to Inverloch’s charming cafes, boutique shops and the picturesque Inlet beach which is just minutes away. Enjoy spectacular bay views from the upstairs balcony in a home designed for holidaymakers who appreciate quality, comfort and style. With four generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, this townhouse comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

Downstairs consists of three bedrooms all a great size and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. The laundry contains a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage space. Upstairs consists of a large master bedroom with a walk in robe, modern ensuite and sliding doors opening out onto a large sun filled deck. There is a large open plan living/kitchen and dining area. It is easy to take in the ocean views thanks to large sliding doors which open out onto a large balcony with a BBQ and outdoor setting. The living room includes a large, comfortable couch, a TV with DVD player, and reverse cycle heating and cooling to ensure year round comfort. The stylish kitchen boasts a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and gas cooktop. Upstairs, there’s a convenient powder room, and at the front of the home, a fully fenced grassy yard offers a safe and spacious area for children to play. A secure lock up garage also offers peace of mind and protection for your vehicle. Great place to stay!!

We loved our mothers and daughters weekend getaway! The location was perfect, there was no need to drive anywhere! The facilities were exactly what we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were so close to the beach, which suited all of us, especially my 16 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend a stay here! We’ll be back for sure.

Great Location and that's as far as it goes

The location was perfect to park the car and walk to the main street and beach. On walking into the house the smell was horrible and the cleanliness or lack there of left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't rent this property again unless I knew for certain it had had a full white glove clean and sanitisation. Really disappointed.

Could have been better, attention to detail is required.

It is a great house in a great location however we were disappointed and let down by attention to detail. Having a girls weekend away we would appreciate some wine and champagne glassware to be provided not just 1 wine glass and 1 champagne glass (serious). More than 2 rolls of toilet paper would be welcomed (1 for each toilet) and some milk on arrival. It is appreciated to have all lights to be working and a shelf or caddy to be placed in the shower so your toiletries are not on the ground. Please provide some complimentary toiletries as they are a nice touch and well received should they have been forgotten to be packed. Your terms and conditioners are contradictory when you want to charge extra for things not completed however we washed all glasses and crockery as they felt grimy.

Cosy and comfortable retreat by the beach.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The place was cleaned thoroughly and was nice and warm for the middle of Winter. It was close to the main street and the beach so easy to walk everywhere. The views from the deck and the main room were nice. Had everything we needed. We will be back. :)

Just stayed here for a girls weekend for the second time! Great, large, clean, modern townhouse, in a fabulous location! Short walk to shops, just around the corner, and beach at the end of the street! Loved it!

Avoid!

Stockdale and LEGGO Estate Agents manage this property. Very disappointed overall. Poor basic facilities. Property not very clean and seems it needs a good make-over. Dead flies around most windowsills! estate agents only interested in charging for every little thing e.g to pick up pillows from a bedroom floor after bedding removed for them (which they charge extra for) or to move a simple bar stool back to its original position after we moved it so it wouldn’t be a hazard for our small children
