Downstairs features two bedrooms, making this level ideal for families or guests wanting additional privacy. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the second includes a bunk bed and queen bed.
A downstairs bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet, while the laundry provides a washing machine and convenient access to the outdoor clothesline.
The comfortable downstairs lounge features plenty of seating and a flat screen TV, with direct access to the rear yard.
Outside, guests can enjoy an outdoor shower and a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach and relaxing in the fresh coastal air.
