"Clean and basic rooms and staff helpful when asked for help and friendly.
Good stay and very central.
Love my stay.
Little tired looking hotel now but clean.
Would stay again due to location."
"Staff was friendly, the room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. Pretty convient to Milano Centrale station and another metro stop. Several restaurants close to the hotel.
4 stars due to asking front desk for something 3 different times and being told it would be sent to the room and it never arrived."
