The hotel restaurant and separate bar are also very pleasing to be in and with excellent food and drink (flights of Scotch!!!). But above all, the staff, whether front desk, bar, restaurant -- across the board -- were unbelievably helpful and very, very nice. They made us feel that Scots may be the friendliest people on the planet!"
