"The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The large room & bathroom were clean and well maintained. The air conditoning though is a bit loud for my comfort especially at night. Easy and convenient shuttle service to and from airport and Mall of America. Beautiful surrounding park and walkable places to eat at. There is also a nearby Colonial Market with Mexican food. We enjoyed our stay and will book here again for sure when we’re in Minneapolis."

"9/26/2026- The property is undergoing construction in the lobby area. Check-in at 4pm, the line was so long people said they were waiting a couple hours. Was able to bypass with Hotel.com’s check-in link."

"All was good, overall clean room and hotel. Saw hair on the towels two times which was a disappointment, but the rest was very clean which helped the towel incident to not have a big impact on my overall experience. The location was great, in downtown, close to great restaurants and important venues."
