"Staff and service is always excellent at The Lombardy. It’s a very old hotel so rooms are a bit quirky, but that said they are comfortable, spacious, clean, and have big windows.
The desk and door/car staff are always friendly, helpful, just super. "
"I am so happy I chose this location for my recent stay in
DC. We booked last minute and weren't able to get a double bed option. We thought we could handle a smaller room, but then quickly realized we could not. The only option was a suite, and it was completely fabulous!!! One of the best suites I have ever stayed in. The staff at this hotel is second to none. They are friendly and helpful. From Bryant at the front desk to Faustino, our wonderful bellman, and Oscar, our waiter for breakfast, they all contributed to our wonderful experience.
I would highly recommend this Hotel!!"
"Loved the tasty coffee lemonade, teas and popcorn. Nice touch.
Tolerate in 807 needs replacing and seat tightened. Mgr informed of same.
Tub is slippery. Suggest suction cup mat to prevent falls. "
