"We really enjoyed staying here. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. Anastasia was a wonderful hostess and got back to me immmediately with all our questions. One word of advice - understand when you are going to this area there is not a Publix within miles. This is a quaint little town with a country market. So if you are from the city like us don't be surprised!! It is close to so many beautiful springs and horseback riding it is a must book!!"

"The Yearling will always have a very special place in my heart. It is old Florida charm at its finest. The cabins are not 5-star accommodations, but rather exactly what you would expect to find located on Cross Creek between Lake Orange and Lake Lochloosa. They are clean, comfortable and offer an excellent view of the creek. The neighborhood peacocks call to each other while birds and other wildlife occasionally travel by. My husband and I have stayed three times so far and would love to go back more often."
