"The property was wonderful, bus was quick and staff was nice. The best food we had in Hong Kong was at the character breakfast there. It was so good."

"The shower pressure is excellent. Love the in-room over-the-cup drip coffees. Staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. I needed change for the bus and they went out of their way to help me with it. Who uses coins nowadays, right? Ms. Anson is very knowledgeable and on top of room availabilities. I forgot to put in a request to be on the same floor as my parents. She was next to the lady that checked me in and was able to walk her through on which room to check. I ended up right next...

"清潔な客室と、スタッフの皆さんの対応がとてもよかった。"

"Tha staffs were very helpful and kind."

"I like that there is shuttle busses to and from the airport as well as the closest MTR station. If you plan to dine in the hotel, you get a discount for staying there too. The rooms were very clean and loved having the AC on when it was hot. The staff is more than willing to help out whenever. Would stay here again if my purpose for the stay is only Disneyland and need to be close to the airport as other areas are far away."

"ممتازه جدا افضل فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي "

"Decent Breakfast buffet for the price as most surrounding restaurants would charge $12 to $18 for this type of food and service. NICE view from high floors. AVOID the low floors if you are sensitive to outdoor freeway noise or book the cheapest side rooms. Better to pay more around $30 to $50 nightly for the larger rooms"

"房間訂比個女結婚用 成間酒店啱啱翻新 好正 最意想不到嘅 係由大堂到房間所有員工服務都冇得頂 呢樣真係好值得讚 如果我有朋友嚟香港 一定推薦佢哋訂文華東方酒店"

"Excellent hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel is connected to Langham Place mall so easy to go shopping without dealing with hot, humid weather. Very convenient location: the airport (A21) bus stop and Mong Kok station are 4-5 minute walk while restaurants, shops, markets are all nearby. Would highly suggest booking a club room: the club lounge perks are worth it. Private check in/check out on the 36th floor. Club lounge access with breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. The staff in the...

"My experience with the hotel’s management was disappointing. The lobby manager made me feel unwelcome, even as a returning customer. Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but...

"The main lobby is amazing. Waterfall, 3 restaurants. One is a europe style pub that has English football matches on. Rooms were very clean. Added bonus no shuttle or taxi to the airport. You literally go to the second floor and make a short walk right into the Honk Kong airport terminal one. Will definitely be using again when I come back. Made it so I could sleep in and not worry about rushing to the airport."

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."
