"The hotel is best suited for one - or two if you don't mind having to step around each other. The rooms are quite small, the bed too big for the room. Rhe little deskette with chair, if used, collides with the bed. The bath has all the usual, but is by far, the smallest I've ever met. The good, though, is that the hotel is mere feet from Cardiff Central and is well located. The desk staff pleasant and helpful, and the bed is comfortable. It works if you arent going to spend any significant time IN the room."

"We arrived quite late, around 9pm so parking was a little challenging initially. Check in was efficient and staff on reception were amazing and very welcoming! Room decor was a little tired but comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and quite pricey but the ladies serving were receptive to our feedback so a minor point. Again staff in the Restraunt were very attentive in the evenings and at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for its central location for the City Centre, castle and sports wales centre for example. Would definitely recommend and would stay again due to the staff more than anything. Thank you. "
