Dänisches Ferienhaus - Just 400 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

The living room with a separate dining area and fitted kitchen is furnished in a Nordic style with natural wooden furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 1 single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. In the bathroom you have the choice between a shower or a bathtub, and there is also underfloor heating and a washing machine in this room.

On nice days, the terrace features garden furniture and a lawn for sunbathing.

On cold days you can relax in the in-house sauna.

A travel cot and high chair can be rented from PAS for an additional charge.

2 parking spaces available at the house. No smoking!! Pets (max. 2 small dogs) are welcome!!
If you want to be pampered every day, we offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us no later than 4 days before arrival.

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Innenausstattung wurde etwas aufgewertet. ..

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Innenausstattung wurde etwas aufgewertet. Beim sauber machen auch mal in den Ecken und an den Lampen die Spinnfäden entfernen, ansonsten gab es bis auf unsauberes Geschirr im Schrank im Haus nichts zu bemängeln. Der Außenbereich (Büsche, Hecke) war etwas ungepflegt und den Schuppen mussten wir erst mal aufräumen um z.B unsere Räder unterstellen zu können. Der Service bezüglich nicht funktionierender Technik (Toaster und WLAN) war wie immer super. Es wurde umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen, dafür nochmal unseren herzlichen Dank.

Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus gemütlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die überdachte und durch die Hecke sichtgeschützte Terrasse angenehm. Inakzeptabel ist die stark verschimmelte Dusche, die eine Nutzung einschränkt. Die Damen im PAS sind sehr freundlich und Anliegen werden zeitnah erledigt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus meint man tatsächlich man wäre in Dänemark- dort sind wir mehrmals im Jahr bei Verwandten. Gefehlt haben uns ein paar "Tupperschüsseln" sowie eine Reibe o.ä.. Schade war, daß auf den Fotos vom Haus noch ein Whirlpool zu sehen ist - dieser aber durch eine große Badewanne ersetzt wurde. Die Betten waren hervorragend!

Haben uns von Anfang an sehr gut betreut und wohl gefühlt . Das Haus hat einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Garten ist fast ganz eingezäunt, was für unsere Hunde super war. Wenn der Ausgang bei den Mülltonnen noch ein Törchen bekommen würde, wäre es noch besser. Ah ja die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Ansonsten fehlen kleine Löffelchen (sind nur noch 2 da) und wenn es dann noch WLAN geben würde, wäre es perfekt. Wobei kein Empfang natürlich auch seine Vorteile hat
