Apt. Austernperle - dream apartment with harbor views!

This luxury holiday apartment on the ground floor of the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

The apartment was newly renovated and completely refurnished at the beginning of 2023.

A large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed awaits you.

The terrace with water views, beautiful patio furniture and a beach chair invites you to spend cozy hours!

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

1 parking space available at the house,

High chair and travel cot available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Non-smoking apartment, pets welcome!

Leider wurde bei den neuen Straßenlaternen keine Abdunklung zur Hausseite vorgenommen - aufgrund fehlender Außenrollos haben wir somit "mit Beleuchtung" geschlafen, da die vorhandenen Vorhänge nicht abdunkeln; vielleicht kann ja hier einmal mit der Kommune Kontakt aufgenommen werden, da es ja vorher auch abgedunkelt war!

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in einer wunderbaren, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Ein speziell reservierter Parkplatz war sehr angenehm. Außerdem wurden wir sehr freundlich vom ganzen Team betreut, insbesondere da wir den Aufenthalt mehrfach verschieben mussten (Corona, Sterbefall). Vielen Dank dafür!!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen angemeldet. Hatten aber nur Bettzubehör (Kissen + Bettdecke) für 5 Personen. Man gut das wir auch nur mit 5 Personen angereist waren. Hier müsste besser drauf geachtet werden und es wäre toll wenn es WLAN im Haus geben würde. Gerade für die Kinder/Teenies.

Bislang waren wir schon 2 Mal in Gollwitz im Sommer von einem Reisebüro empfohlen. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 bzw. Dann 2 Kleinkindern. Da wir aber jetzt im Winter und auch mit meinen Eltern auf die Insel wollten hatten wir in einem Ort geschaut wo eventuell etwas los ist :). Daraufhin sind wir zu dem Hafen mit Campingplatz gekommen. Und somit im Internet unter dem Suchbegriff Timmendorf diese super Wohnung gefunden. Und da mein Mann großer Sauna Fan ist .. ist es diese Wohnung geworden.
