"Overall, this is a lovely property and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that all of the tables at the windows were reserved for breakfast. It is an included buffet and yet it was not possible to sit at the windows. I sat down, ate a leisurely breakfast and not one of the reserved tables were used. If you are going to allow reservations, you should require a time of arrival. I also had issues with my shower and it flooded the bathroom and flowed into the room. I don’t take long showers and turn the water off while soaping up and it still flooded. The room was adequate but very small so the flooding really made an impact. The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is easy to access the town are. Overall, a decent property. I assume the cost was all about the location. Not sure I would book again."

"Hola! Desde que llegamos a la recepción el trato fue cordial y excelente. Nos encontramos con sorpresa que se comunicaron en español. Eso fue increíble. Todo perfecto. El hotel estaba calefaccionado y muy agradable. Seguramente volvería. Solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento"
