While this long-standing hotel is under new ownership, the focus seems to be on maintaining and enhancing its unique charm and character."

"durch einen Buchungsfehler wurde unser Zimmer anderweitig vergeben ; der Mitarbeiter hat sich aber mehrfach entschuldigt, uns in eine bessere Kategorie gebucht und 2 kühle Getränke auf´s Haus spendiert ; da sowas durchaus mal passieren kann (alle Menschen machen mal Fehler) und die Reaktion vorbildlich war, gibt es weiterhin 5 Sterne ! Danke dafür !"
