"Lovely hotel, cabana poolside room. Breakfast at the waffle cafe was charming, ample. Second day shortstaffed. The restaurant was delicious, great service. Did not use the spa facilities, but look forward to another visit. "

"We absolutely LOVED stayin at the Victoria 1883! Fabiola showed us around the property and herself and her husband have done a beautiful job with it. The rooms are amazing and the staff is so kind. Highly recommend staying here, and getting a drink in the speakeasy! "

"Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right. "

"A very lovely place. It looks just like the pictures. Newer kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. Our only problem was getting hot water in the showers. The main bathroom is backwards and the master bathroom never gets past lukewarm. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much. We would stay here again."

"The only reason this property gets a 1 star is for the location. This rental was terrible. No hot water or water pressure in the shower, Appliances did not work (besides fridge), there was no thermostat ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My husband and I woke up in puddles of sweat. The bed made a loud squeak every single time my husband or I moved. When I messaged the host about the water and thermostat, there was no response. Still as we check out, no response to our messages from our stay. "
