"I booked this hotel as it was one of the only hotels in Zagreb with a pool (and pretty much the only one with an outdoor pool) for an anniversary treat on the last night of our holiday. "The hotel had a comfortable bed with blockout curtains and all the amenities one would want in a room . It’s a two mike walk to the old town and restaurants but for us it was good to walk back after dinner . One can catch an Uber or tram so convenient I guess . The shower had good force but there was something about it that made the water too hot or cold but worked out regardless . Wish I could have spent time in the jacuzzi and pool which looked inviting and awesome . "

"My husband and I stayed three nights at the Westin. Overall the stay was good but we were first surprised by the big deposit they asked us to pay at check in as this was not communicated before by the property. When we first walked into the room we noticed stains and dirt on the bed sheet, not something you would expect from a chain like the Westin, however we asked them to change the sheets and they did right away. The hotel is at close proximity to all attractions in the city."

"Clean, well-furnished and perfect location one block from Ban Jelacic square. Very comfortable. Contactless check in was very efficient. Parking a little tricky - garage a few blocks away is very expensive. Dining and nightlife options are unlimited, but late night noise was an issue on the weekend. Maybe that's hard to avoid in such a central location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."
