"Check-in I believe is at 3pm and I arrived just before 12pm, the lady at the front desk was more than happy to check me in, if my room was available - IT SURE WAS! This saved me approximately 3 hours because I normally like to freshen up upon checking in. Overall the staff are extremely attentive and kind. It's a very busy hotel - the national football team were there also. The room was clean & it's gorgeus. The only thing I didn't like and noticed on my 2nd day is that inside the ceiling there was a big enough gap to fit someone, that's where a lot of the important wires to keep everything running inc AC were - it just creeped me out a bit. But I really enjoyed my stay."
