"They have a policy that they will not store luggage. People come to Manaus to explore the Amazon and need a place to store luggage to facilitate short trips into the jungle. The night staff was very rude and unhelpful, suggesting that we rent a hotel room for three nights to store luggage, which was ridiculous. I have never seen this happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. These women seemed totally unaware of the need to give good service in order to promote much-needed tourism in the area. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. "

Very clean and buffet breakfast had something for everyone! Very helpful with the little store where we could purchase water and a few very cold beer! "
