Lovely, tucked away cabin in the woods. Close to so many trails in the Highlands National Park. The cabin was clean but sparsely decorated - which was fine just a bit bare feeling. The location was beautiful!

Large chalets, well-located. Everything was clean and tidy. No staff appeared to be on-site, everything was done through drop-boxes. Rooms were too narrow for the beds, there wasn't really enough room to get out of bed safely on one side.

This was a lovely cabin and very clean. However, it was very disconcerting to have to boil the water for use and to have to use bottled water to drink and cook. We didn't feel comfortable even showering with the water knowing it had bacteria in it. I would suggest the host invest in ultraviolet lights to address the bacteria in the water.

A really nice chalet. The kitchen drawers were slightly shonky and the tin opener was a challenge, but these are minor issues. The location is amazing and the private beach access superb. Would 100% return. Thanks.

Very nice spacious chalet but it is not on the beach. Beach access is across the street through a path. Beach is easy to find. Need an outdoor water source to wash off the sand on ur slippers and feet

Everything was clean and the check in and out was easy. I was disappointed that we didn't know where the private beach was. I thought we were on the beach side but looks like we might have been across the road. We were only there for a short night as we checked in after 7PM and left at 7.30AM due to our schedule, but we were hoping to do a beach walk. Other than that, we had no issues

Easy check-in, Clean,well-equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. Nice parking directly out the front door. The outdoor deck was nice, but only 2 chairs were available for a 4 person chalet. There was a metal bench, but it was very uncomfortable and cold to sit on, especially in the cooler weather. The ocean beach was across the highway and a 10 min walk on a dirt path through the woods, which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The beach was beautiful. The day we were there, it was windy, cold and blustery, so not really a beach day. But we did enjoy a short walk along the beach

We had driven past many times, and had never been on the property. It sits back off the road, so you don't really see it, nor do you hear traffic. Very nice, clean, well equipped cabin - it even had coffee pods and tea bags! We will definitely tell friends about this hidden gem.

We loved our stay in Ingonish Chalets! We had a 2 bedroom chalet and it was home away from home. We loved it so much we extended our stay by another couple of days. The chalet was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and comfortable extras. The place operates a virtual reception which worked great and all staff and management were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, there is so much to do around Ingonish and the national park. We did about a dozen hikes, many within a few minutes drive, plus it's an easy day trip to drive to White Point (and stop at every look off on the way :o)) and hike to the tip of the point. Franey, Middle Head and Broad Cove Mountain hikes in the national park were our favourites, and we finally saw a beaver in the wild! The chalet had a great gas BBQ which we used several times (Co-Op in Neil's Harbour is pretty good for food, as is Freshmart in Ingonish), and we had a pizza from Andrew's (excellent). The property has a private beach which connects with Ingonish North beach and it's a great place to walk, chill out of an evening (with a pizza) and paddle. Fabulous place, I highly recommend it!

Cozy chalet for a few nights stay. Very clean and, easy virtual check in. Loved the shower and water pressure. Had mostly everything we needed. Wish they provided some tea bags and a dish sponge for washing dishes. Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful and it was not working consistently during our stay but definitely would stay here again in the future.
