The Perch by Tiny Away

"The Perch is a quiet place to stay near Daylesford and check in / out was smooth as was communication with the host. We enjoyed the rural setting and watching the sheep graze just outside our door. Unfortunately the advertised double sofa bed is actually a small single and very uncomfortable as both a sofa and a bed. I wouldn’t recommend this property for more than two people. Replacing the sofa and ensuring clean linen was available for the sofa would make a huge difference for the comfort of a third guest."

"A fantastic property perfect for our little girls getaway. We each had a bedroom. The property was clean neat and tidy had everything that we needed. It was freezing cold so we couldn’t make use of the outdoor area with the outdoor area was great as well. Nice little town Gisborne great op shops. Highly recommend three little pigs cafe in town. The food is sensational. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is amazing.The only that was missing was a tall mirror that we could see ourselves but that’s a girl thing!A bit confusing there is no driveway being a corner house and not able to park opposite a solid white line.Then a bus stop on the other corner side meant we made a choice to park on the front lawn, sorry!"
