It rained the whole time we visited, so we did not get to use the Kayaks, but we will be back next year and hope for better weather. Can't wait to explore this area more! "We have been spending New Year's Eve at the Halls River for the past eight years but I think we finally found our home away from home. The place is perfect for our family of four, it's beautifully decorated and it has lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to relax. We were lucky enough to see manatees right from the deck and many more just a short paddle away. Needless to say we already booked our next stay! "

"We traveled to Homosassa so I could check off my #1 bucket list item-swimming with the manatees. This nice little cottage was in the perfect location for all we wanted to do. Relaxing mornings sitting by the water and evenings ending the same way. Close to excellent dining options, beautiful drives, and a nice quiet neighborhood. The homeowner was very responsive when we had any questions. Highly recommended this property if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay."
