"The photos and other reviews do not do this place justice. We could have sat on the deck and looked out over the water for the rest of our lives. It is so peaceful. If you're like me and don't want to be right in the middle of the noise and hustle and bustle of the downtown area, stay here! It's a quick 5-to-10-minute walk to all the cafes, restaurants and bars. The furniture is comfortable and the place is well-maintained. They provided some coffee and coffee filters, which is always a big plus...

Good instructions to access; might want to also add instructions to lock up. Easy come & go with the assigned parking spot. Walk-in shower was great option for my disabled husband."

"If you want to slow down a bit, this place is for you! The porch overlooking the water is so peaceful. It was perfect for us. We wanted to stay out of the commercial areas that host the hustle and bustle environment."

"We were in Inglis with family who stayed at another VRBO—all spending time with our sister and bro-in-law who live in Venice. Nice house, great views living in the trees. Clean, great shower and nice hot water and great water pressure with plenty of room in house and on screened porches to sit around and chat. Beds were comfy. Only drawback was linens seemed like they were put away damp because some had a mildew smell. This is easily fixed by cleaning crew making sure linens dry. Noting this for...

"We were very pleased with all aspects of this rental. Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! We will stay here every trip we take to the rainbow!"

"Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around. Easy walking distance to a great donut shop and the historic downtown. Don Peppe was one of the best Mexican Restaurants any of us have ever eaten at just 5 minutes from the house. The Singing...
