"Property is in a condo/apartment style with a nice garage to keep the car out of conditions. Did notice quite a few bugs in and around the property. For those traveling with a pet there is an unleaded dog one building over, who didn’t really pose a problem but could be a deal factor. Other than that Dereck was very nice and accommodating. Instructions were very clear and it served its purpose for us."

"The apartment is well maintained by the owner, with a nice kitchen and bathroom as seen on the pictures. It’s very convenient to walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the building itself could use some repairs, the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. My family had a great time, and we’ll definitely be back in the future. "
