"The apartment was clean and simple. Conveniently located near several restaurants and stores down town. It is located right above Mexi's however, you could not hear the restaurant below (and it was delicious!). It was great for the price and we were pleased with the space. "

"All at site was excellent. Due to the intense heat in Cornwall, air conditioning was very efficient, so much so that it was very chilly during our stay. The owner was VERY RESPONSIVE to trying to meet our needs and attempted to adjust temperature to our satisfaction. We were very impressed on his responsiveness. "As the saying goes dont judge a book by the cover altgough sometimes you can't pass the book cover. I will say the interior of the apartment was very nice, but the outside was very sketchy as garbage was in the stairway and it dark and dingy. The host provide no information on how to gain access to the buliding and only after calling VRBO did he finally provide us anything.
