"Mark is a wonderful host who really cares about your experience. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge and iron just outside if you require them. The breakfast is delicious and dietary requirements are well researched and catered for which is very much appreciated The bed is comfy with nice full pillows and duvet. "Like location in open countryside with views of the surrounding area. Like the bespoke breakfasts, but missed black pudding not being on the menu. Lack of reception area or desk caused some confusion on arrival but sorted through quick phone call to landlords Nicky and her partner."

"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit."

"The room and the service was excellent. Fully stocked room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was provided. Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."
