"We loved our time here at the Effala suite. It was located right in the middle of the heart of Colmar so lots to see and do outside but there was a nice quiet courtyard inside the gate when you wanted to get away from the crowds. I picked this place for the views out the windows and that did not disappoint. We stayed there early May, so it wasn’t too hot without air conditioning, but may be a factor at other times of year. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again....

"We loved everything about our stay in Nathalie’s cute 3rd floor apartment. You can’t beat the location, just below the castle ruins on the hill and right in the middle of old town. Her beautiful home was perfect for our 2 night stay. Quiet, clean, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Excellent communication. "Perfect location and just off the main road so extremely quiet. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to eat in. Within walking distance to great restaurants and small hikes. I highly recommend this place and will be sending my friends in Christophe’s direction too."

"On the 3rd floor so up to lst floor for entry then 18 steps to the rooftop apartment. Very well stocked wuth glassware, crockery and utensils plus soap and flannels. Nice that Madame left a bottle of wine and gave us a typical Alsace cake😀. Great view of maize fields and the next village but no English language TV channel and the bed we both found hard. A light rug would have been appreciated as too hot for duvet on the bed but too cold at night for just a sheet. Spare kitchen tidy bags would...

"This house is the perfect place to stay while exploring Alsace. The location is ideal, in a quiet side street but just a minutes walk from the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sites. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV has English cable channels as well as streaming channels and the kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental. "Prêt de tout en voiture, 5min de la station, 5min d'une boulangerie et des commerces, 5min de "Bol d'air" et balade en partant directement de l'appartenant qui se trouve au rez de chaussée, on peut profiter du terrain, loin de la circulation, idéale pour les enfants, accueil super, vraiment rien à dire. "Parking was not easy. Move car every morning and evening. Parking instructions left by owner were not perfectly clear. Wifi instructions we also not perfectly clear. Great location … in a multi-family dwelling so there were inevitable household noises (some noisy children on limited occasions). Great town. Adequate accommodation."

"I enjoyed my stay at Pierre & Vacances Colmar and would be happy to stay there again. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need and is in a good location for the town centre, train and bus station. There is a baggage storage room available as well, which was very useful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages. They supplied maps of the town and marked on the quickest way to get to the historic part."
