Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 and 1/2 bathroom home, which has sleeping for 13+.
The floor plan encompasses five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Five luxurious bathrooms, stocked with fresh linens and towels. The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. You can enjoy the outdoors for hours with the two fire pits, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, TV, bar, large side yard and plenty of seating for all. You can relax by the private heated pool and a lovely waterfall spa. This house is perfect for a family vacation, a holiday retreat, or a get away with friends. This home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to cafes, restaurants, casinos, entertainment and shopping centers. And we are walking distance to the festivals (Coachella and Stagecoach) and a 10 minute drive to the tennis tournaments! The home has plenty of parking for you and your guest with a three car garage and a drive way that fits an additional three cars. It's the perfect home away from home. Spacious, Clean, Private Yard & Pool

House was spacious and clean and had all furnishings needed for a great visit. The house is in a great location and close to a grocery store and easily accessible. Pool was large and refreshing after playing golf in the summer heat. Everything worked well and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Weekend

The property was just as described and incredible for the weekend away with family (in town for a family wedding down the street). The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Stay

This house was perfect for our group of 5 childhood friends. Beautiful house with room to spare and a resort like backyard. The neighborhood was great and perfe t for our daily walks & bike rides (home has 3 cruisers).Shelly is an amazing property manager. We will definitely be back.

Great House and Great Location

Location was perfect for concerts. Backyard rocks and was the perfect set up. Loved Kitchen and Pool table and giant comfortable family room. The Primary suite was wonderful - super spacious. The Guest Suite was the next best. The room with the bunkbeds and queen or full bed was a bit disappointing when traveling with all adults. I feel that room should be brought up to speed. The King bed across from the full bath in the hallway was nice. The second king bedroom no one chose bc it had a bedframe that looks pretty shabby - that room also needs an update. It is not 5 EnSuites - which we thought it was but maybe we misread. Overall it worked well for 4 Adult couples. I do think the 2 rooms mentioned above could use some TLC esp at the price we paid during the Stagecoach time period. Overally I give it 4 Stars.

Beautiful home in Indio

The pictures of this property do not fully show the size of this house. There is so much room both inside and outside the house. We were 5 adults and 2 young children and we all had room to move around. The bedrooms are large - and the casita allowed our friend yo have here own private space. The property managers were wonderful and tended to all of our requests extremely quickly. Easy car rides to all major retail outlets and old town La Quinta. Highly recommend Cove to Lake trail if you like moderate hikes. Not much going on in Indio itself but the home had enough to keep us amused with pool table, video console, darts and outside lawn games. The hot tub and pool are heated and the BBQ works great. I would highly recommend this house for large groups.

WONDERFUL home with everything you could want!

There were seven of us celebrating our father's 91 birthday. There was plenty of room to gather, play pool, play in the pool, hot tub or just relax. The outdoor areas were perfect for gathering to chat or to read. We loved cooking and eating in the well stocked kitchen. Nice job making a lovely home-away-from-home! We would stay here again and would recommend it highly!

Amazing house for group of friends

We had a wonderful time staying here. We are a group of 4 adult couples that travel together every year. The house is important because most of the fun is being with each other. The house is well stocked for cooking meals at home. The outdoor space is great for relaxing after a day of excursions. Even though temps were nearly 100 degrees, The afternoons were shaded and we spent most of the time hanging out side. The house allowed each couple to have their own private bath. We hope to stay again.

Perfect home for entertainment

From the booking to check out, what a pleasure! Everything was pristine and so perfect. All bedrooms were spaced apart well. AC was lovely to adjust according to our needs per room. Plenty of condiments/coffee/fresh cold filtered water in frig waiting for us upon arrival. Soaps/shampoos in bathrooms. Absolutely all was thought out. Pool was perfect temp and plenty of towels etc. Can't wait to book again!

“Perfect Stay: Spacious, Clean and Well-Equipped!”

We all loved our stay! The house was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was beautiful, complete with a pool that made our time outdoors so enjoyable. Perfect House - Well-Stocked with Great Amenities.

A group of old friends rented this house for three nights in late-May and the setup was perfect. Lots of space and A group of old friends booked this house and it was perfect. More than enough space for everyone, well-stocked, and a ton of amenities. The hot tub and backyard will not disappoint. The pictures do not decide. Group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole in the yard, and hanging by the fire pit. Bedrooms and beds were all comfortable and spacious. Three large garage spots and a kitchen with everything needed. Shelly was quick to respond with questions and requests. She made the renting process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place!

Desert Paradise!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was great! Fully equipped, lots of games and the pool was perfect! Shelly was great and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. I highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

Family Fun

This was our second year staying at this house. It is everything that is described and more. It couldn't be nicer and the backyard is a complete entertainment oasis! We spent most of our time out there. The house is close to great golf courses, hikes and good restaurants. We'd rate the house a 5 out of 5 and Shelly the manager a 10 out of 5. She was incredibly responsive and helpful and made our stay worry free. We'll be back!

Golf vacation with friends

This was our second time staying at the property, we enjoyed it so much the first time. Very comfortable inside and out - we made good use of the fire-pit and the barbecue/bar area. One suggestion is for lighting at the outdoor table, you can't sit out there for dinner once it's dark. The host is always easy to get in touch with and quickly solves any issues that come up. Would definitely recommend for a couples golf trip.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed here for two nights over Easter weekend with family ranging from 85 years old to 16 years old, and the place was just perfect for everyone! The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous and well stocked. Everything was very easy to use, from turning on the hot tub, using the coffee maker, and everything else. We loved the pool table, bikes, yard games, heated pool. Definitely plan to return!!

An Unbelievable Property

The house could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 6 of us. The kitchen is well appointed and the common areas are very comfortable. There is a pool table, a pool and a hot tub that we took advantage of. The hostess, Pamela, could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous home!
