Skyline Vibes has everything you need to enjoy downtown Indy with the comfort of home! Equipped with all the amenities, arcade, fire pit, 2 king and 2 queen beds, you are in for a treat! Perfect for up to 8 of your closest friends and family to enjoy, and even better for a few looking to have some fun in the city! A 10 minute walk to Lucas Oil, 4 blocks to downtown and the Convention Center! Uber anywhere in minutes! This home has comfy beds, stylish and fun decor, extra amenities like coffee, teas and sugars, cozy blankets, toiletries and washer/dryer. We offer plenty of entertainment and a fenced yard for a day spent indoors or out. The kids (and adults) will love the arcades, board games, huge 65" gaming TV with HDMI hookup (bring your consoles and cords!), bag toss and kid's nook with toys, books and chalkboard wall. Sit around the firepit, eat at the outdoor dining area, cook on the gas grill, relax for movies with the comfy furniture and large TV's and whip up your favorite cocktails at the fully equipped bar cart. It's the perfect place to take in all Indianapolis has to offer!

By booking you agree to the following terms and house rules:

*You must be 25 to book. The person who books must be the person who stays. No 3rd party bookings.
*You may be asked to send in a copy of your photo ID for verification and security.
*There are a few steps up to the house at both front and back doors. There are additional stairs inside to access the 2nd story bedrooms, arcade and 2nd full bath.
*No pets allowed.
*No smoking or vaping allowed inside at any time. Outside receptacles are provided for your use.
*No parties, gatherings or events may be held at this home. No unregistered guests allowed, please plan to only bring the people you registered when booking, up to our max occupancy of 8 people.
*We have 3 parking spaces in the rear and street parking in front of the home. Please plan to park directly in front of our behind our home only, and not at a neighbor's property.
*We have hi-speed WIFI, Hulu and Disney + during your stay.
*We provide basic cooking supplies such as oils, spices, condiments and all cookware. We strive to keep these items well stocked, and ask that you notify us or replace items that run out during your stay.
*The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am at the home, and must be respected at all times.
*Please review our cancellation policy before booking.
*A rental agreement and liability waiver will be sent upon booking and must be assumed by all Guests to book the home. Please message me if you wish to see the agreement prior to booking.

Great location

House was just as described. Walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Close to downtown too! Everyone enjoyed the game room. Beds were comfy.

Nice house

This looks to be a newer house. Was nicely furnished and had all the amenities provided. We had a family of 6 adults stay here with no problems. The check in was easy and the owner was easy to work with. I’d say the only drawback is the neighborhood is run down and is right next to the highway. That said, we really couldn’t hear the traffic at night. You can get to Lucas Oil very easy but do have to walk under the highway. If doing at night, I’d walk in large group or just drive.

Great Spot to Access Lucas Oil and Downtown

We spend a weekend every year coming into town and hitting a Colt's game along with several other local favorites This spot was great for us, and the outdoor patio and fire pit is a really nice touch. Easy access to downtown, and an easy walk to Lucas Oil. A few of the paths under the overpass are a bit sketchy, so recommend doing some planning to avoid the worst areas, but that is easily done. Owner was communicative and responsive. We'll be coming back next year!

Wonderful Stay in Indy

My Family and I stayed here for the BOA Grand Nationals in Indy. We enjoyed the location so close to the stadium. There were restaurants very close which was convenient. The home has all the amenities you will need for a family guest stay. We all really enjoyed the sights near the VRBO, especially the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

5* star place! Perfect location close to down town, all the upgrades, from floors to ceiling. Really neat touches, high end appliances, mattresses were super comfy. All time best place we've stayed for a VRBO.

My family and I were in town to visit the children’s museum and zoo; 4 year old and >1 year old. House was clean, close to everything and had everything we needed with plenty to do. Will stay again! Communication with owner was great as well.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while in Indianapolis for our General Assembly at the Indiana Convention Center. The home was very accommodating with a high chair and pack & play for our grandsons. The home was very well stocked with paper products, laundry soap, etc. Having a fenced in yard was great for the boys to have a small place to play. We enjoyed the outdoor area to sit in the evenings. Uber back and forth to the convention center was also very easy for anyone coming for a conference. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
