★ Pet Waste Policy :
- Outdoor Relief Only: Please ensure your pet relieves itself outside. Indoor accidents, including the use of potty pads, are not permitted.
- Clean Up After Your Pet: Guests must promptly pick up and dispose of any pet waste.
- Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.

Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of owner's belongings.

In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.

Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property and should be able to do so.

Please be advised that only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet. Items such as flushable wipes, feminine products, or diapers should not be flushed due to the sensitive nature of the plumbing system. Please dispose of such items in the trash. In the event that a clog is discovered during or after your departure, a charge of $300 - $1000 will be assessed to cover the necessary repairs.
