I was sitting at super 8 in Bloomington Indiana trying to check in and some one booked me in Indianapolis so I had to drive 50 miles out of my way to have a bed to sleep in

Poor breakfast, next to nothing in the way of a choice... cereal, milk, juice, coffee, waffles. No fruit or protein. First room had ripped and dirty carpet and smelled of smoke. I moved to another room. It had wood floors and seemed much cleaner. This is a very basic hotel for a quick overnight stop.

Well pictures was not what it actually looked like our toilet wouldn’t flush, along with we had to wait for water to get hot and bedroom wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping after we would leave. Cords was out in our room as well. Just not what I expected it to be at all.

Got there. They wanted $125 deposit after ordering online prior to getting there. Was told we would receive the $125 back following morning. Check out this morning and they tell us we will have to wait 5 business days. If I had $125 to wait 5 days to get back, I would not be staying in trash crap hole place in the first place. Not tommention the toilet was broke, customer service? Forget about it. I’m livid

The night time attendant was lovely. However, there is a $125 deposit on top of what Expedia says. The bathtub was clogged, there are random cats everywhere, there was a hole in the front window (glass shattered). No remote to tv in sight, lights were questionable as there was one lightbulb total. Most importantly there was a red residue on the bathroom floor. This establishment was highly concerning on so many accords.

I was smart and booked the hotel a few weeks before the Big 10 championship but the prices were great for the location!! The staff was so nice!

Room was very dirty, cigarette burns on the bed cover, walls in need of repair. I called the day before and asked if I could check in an hour early they said no problem then charged $25 extra at check in. There are way better hotels in the area for the price.
