Ok in a Pinch but Wonderful Staff

The staff was great - the rest was just acceptable. Maybe? The staff was very attentive but breakfast options were a waffle or biscuits and gravy. My room had a dirty sheet but the staff quickly fixed it and were apologetic. The bathroom fan was a bit busted.

Parking lot was open to park easy. The noise from people in hall and the age of the bathroom we had is less than to be desired, loose fittings in the shower is just to be one issue. The room was clean, slight smell to room when we first walked in could be moist from the bathroom.

Well it needs work, broken sink, TV broke. Tub needed replaced.smelled like cigarettes smoke. No chair to sit . The people that worked there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Armon was our guest services representative when we checked in he went above and beyond to with professionalism and friendliness. We asked about getting a truckers discount because my husband has a CDL’s , he immediately checked into that for us,but because we booked on hotels.com. We was not able to get it. I am a smoker and after we got settled in, I came downstairs to smoke outside. I was going to walk down to the end of the building to the exit door and he gladly explained that I could step outside near the front desk and a lighted area, with patio chairs, and ashtray stand. that’s very comfortable and the blankets were perfect not too thin not too thick. The air conditioner works perfect. The hot water is excellent. The hotel was very quiet. We definitely got a good nights sleep. and in the morning I came down for breakfast. The gentleman at the next for the next shift was friendly greeted me, and when I went to the dining room, the lady I believe was training another new employee and they greeted me as well and introduced themselves and explained if I needed anything there are there to help the breakfast was good dining room is very clean and she even came out with a extra juice on a try to offer me as well as yogurt. The outside had some construction going on in the front due to an unfortunate event. So didn’t look so pleasant when we drove up, the hotel definitely needs updated, but after our experience, I would definitely stay here again no doubt about it.

You get what you pay for

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option in the area I was looking to stay. Friendly and helpful staff but room condition was on the downside. No remote made watching TV an annoying experience and the toilet was nasty (see pictures). Room was also near the front door of the hotel where apparently smokers congregate at 5:00 in the morning with no regard for sleeping guests.

This place needs to get its act together.

After check-in (which went smoothly), I entered my room and was greeted with the pungent odor of stale cigarette smoke. The mattress on the bed was thin and felt cheap, the tub was filthy and the shower handle was broken. I didn’t discover that gem until the next morning. A highlight was the hot breakfast offered. I was looking forward to this. When entering the breakfast area, there were no plates. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk. She looked for more but none were to be found. The juice machine was out of order and the coffee was empty. I may have stayed in worse places, but I sure can’t recall when or where.
