Our Modern Renovated beautiful apartment in a classic brick building updated with modern finishes.
It can sleep up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and one sparkling-clean bathroom. The unit has onsite private parking lot, washer & dryer in the unit, hard wood floors and a cool, relaxed vibe.

Enter from the right side of the garage door at rear side of the house.
Lower unit parking: free parking at back of the house in front of the garage door (can park two cars). Other cars can street park in front of the house.

This property experiences all 4 seasons. With each season comes its deal of pests. Insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. The host will use best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay.
Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the host or co-hosts via inbox.
Guest understands that the host and co-hosts shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions and that any issues presented to the host or co-hosts by guest(s) not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the guest(s) any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
