"Very clean and comfy room and excellent breakfast. Emily at the desk was fantastic and so helpful. We asked to extend checkout to take care of business we had and it was no problem. We had to call and ask again to extend checkout to 1pm and she was super helpful. The only negative experience was when we arrived back to our room just before 1:00, the cleaning lady was sitting outside our room, on the floor with her cleaning cart and vacuum in front of our door. She looked at me and said are you 301 and I said yes. She then tells me how she's been sitting there waiting for me half an hour because I'm "so late" and how we were her last room and have made her sit there and wait for us. My husband came up a few minutes later and she looks at him and tells him that she's been waiting for him for 30 minutes and that she was supposed to leave already. INCREDIBLY RUDE. She needs to be taught some customer service manners. It is very obviously a family-owned hotel and she's related, so I'm sure it was of no use to even complain about it. But Best Western should probably be aware that the older cleaning lady doesn't need to tell GUESTS who were granted permission to late check out how much we've inconvenienced her!"

"The room was great. Clean. The shower would make you jealous of other showers. Very hot water and lists of pressure. The only problem with the room was the bathroom door hinges were rusted and squeaked so loud I thought I’d wake everyone up and the door was hard to close. Other than that the room was great. The parking lot on the other hand needs a lot of trendier loving care. Pot holes everywhere and very hard to figure out the main entrance to the hotel and the parking lot is one way all the way around. I would stay again if I was staying in the area for some reason."
