Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, watch movies in the cozy, spacious finished basement (w/ queen sleeper sofa & desk), or relax and unwind on the patio around the firepit, all with easy access to the entire city.

Cozy and Convenient!
We were in the area for a short visit and wanted to explore Downtown and cities to the north. This was the perfect location! Local restaurants and big box shopping all within a mile (including the cutest hardware store/cafe right around the corner). It was about a 20 minute drive downtown and only about 15 minutes to the gorgeous Carmel. The house was the perfect size for the three of us. It's well-decorated so that it's cozy but not overwhelming/ full of things to clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for dining in one night and there were extra blankets available for curling up in front of the tv. It was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood!

Nice peaceful neighborhood.
We loved the area. The place was very comfortable and lots of stores and restaurants in the area. We loved sitting in the backyard every evening. I would rent the place again if we go to that area again.

Great cozy house
We loved this house! It was very clean, everything was renovated, definitely the best stocked VRBO we've stayed in, as far as everything you need. My older brother loved the basement and made it his man cave. Quiet neighborhood convenient to whatever we wanted. Definitely would stay again.
