"The lobby and pool area were nice, but the hallway and room need an update. The walls have a lot of paint defects and the flooring down the hall is laminate which made it loud when people walked down the hall. The door to the back parking lot was unlocked at all times and anyone could just walk in without a keycard needed. That seems unsafe to me. My room smelled like moth balls when I walked in and there was a used facial makeup pad on the floor in the corner. There was a hairball in the shower and the sheets on one of the beds were wrinkled and looked like someone had slept in them and it didn’t get changed. The other bed in the room looked like it had clean sheets on it so I slept in that one. The furniture in the room is pretty old and the chair cushions were dingy looking. I checked in kind of late at night and when I went to take a shower, there were no bath towels in the bathroom only hand towels. I had to go get them from the front desk. There are also no towels in the pool area, and you have to get them and return them at the front desk as well. I was in town for a conference and really just needed a place to sleep at night. I only went to the pool for a short time 1 day but enjoyed the pool area. The smell in my room was the biggest downside for me. The front desk staff were nice though. As long as the other rooms don’t smell like the one I had, I guess I would stay here again for the price."

"We stayed for four nights - the location of the hotel and size of the room were excellent. We had a few issues with our room (blocked sink, shower head broken, and in room phone not working), however when I raised these with reception with the exception of the phone they were responded to quickly. The quality of the in-room house keeping wasn't as good over the weekend period, but good during the week. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay again."

"The staff did not have our room ready because we arrived early. They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom with 2 baths instead of 1 in a quiet location with a view. The kitchen was great for breakfasts. The pool bar had both good food and good drinks. Highly recommend"
