"Nice spot very close to beach. Kitchen could be cleaner and faucet needs to be tightened. Cabinet shelves were dirty / dusty. Master bedroom needs dusting in high areas. Need new beach chairs as they are getting very rusty. Bikes were plus although one needs to be looked at as the chain came off a couple times. Did have issue with the locks. The one for the bedroom is broken and there was no key for the original dead bolt. Owner and PMI took care of issue in a couple hours. Master bedroom bed was very comfy as advertised. Would I return? Yes."

"We enjoyed our stay at Gregg’s house. He had lots of beach equipment that was perfect for using and spending the whole day at the beach. The location was very convenient to walking to the beach with a stop at Indian Shores coffee shop on the way. We loved all the quirky beach themed decor in the house. The rooftop lounge area was great for chilling in the evening when we were wore out from the beach. We met Gregg and he stopped in to congratulate us on our wedding. He was very friendly and truly cared that we had a good stay in his house. We would definitely stay again."

"The condo was very clean. There is not a beach view - the very large balcony looks over parking lot and street . The furnishings are lovely however kitchen cabinets badly in need of repair. Carpet is not in good shape and needs to be replaced or taken up. Older and stained places. Blinds in bedrooms broken and not good if you need a dark room to sleep in - lights flood both bedrooms. Great Airconditioning which is wonderful for a Florida stay,"

"We’ve stayed at this complex many times over the past 15 years and this unit is one of the best! Super clean, updated, well appointed and cozy. I believe it is the unit that is THE closest to the beach out of the entire resort. 1 min walk out the back door, incredibly convenient. Lots of chairs, noodles etc.A couple things that truly make a unit stand out: THE BED. King bed was super comfortable and comparable to ours at home. SHOWER HEAD. The water pressure and shower head were fantastic. Trying to get sand out of your hair with bad water pressure is a nightmare. Not a problem here! Hot water in demand was great too. Super smooth check in/out. Overall a stress free and lovely getaway. We will keep the property saved for sure for future IRB trips! "

"We enjoyed are stay at this beautifully decorated condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the beach. The only issue were the foam mattress pads on the beds, they were too soft.We would highly recommend. "

"The condo is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect location. My child did accidentally knock over the iron and make a burn mark on the counter. We did love the property and feel terrible about the accident."
